If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of any products from www.midnightcornhole.com you can return them for a full refund. This is an unconditional, risk free, 7 day trial period. All unconditional returns will need to be returned to midnight cornhole within seven days after delivery of the merchandise to the buyer. Shipping is not reimbursed.

6 Month Warranty

All midnight cornhole boards have a 6 month warranty against any defects or problems with production quality.  Any defective boards will be replaced free of charge.  All cornhole bags are also warranted for 6 months against any defects or problems with production quality.  This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.  Defective or broken products will need to be returned to midnightcornhole.com to verify quality concerns.  Return shipping costs for defective boards and bags will be reimbursed to the customer by midnightcornhole.com.    Shipping costs are not covered for products damaged by misuse.  Products do not need to be shipped back for verification if sufficient photo evidence is provided. 

Limitation of Liability

Seller will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from seller's performance or failure to perform under this sale, or from the furnishing, performance or use of any goods or services sold pursuant hereto whether due to a breach of contract, breach of warranty, the negligence of seller, or otherwise. In all cases, Midnight Cornhole and Thomas Paull LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Disclamer

This product is manufactured for attended use. The electronics are low voltage but are still electronic so they should not be kept plugged in or turned on while unattended. These LEDs are water proof but the remainder of the electronic components are not. This product is not designed to be plugged in or turned on while wet. Buyer is responsible for insuring all electrical components are dry before these boards are plugged in or turned on. This board provides a corn bag playing service. This board is not designed to be stood on, stomped on, or be used as a support for any person. Midnight Cornhole and Thomas Paull LLC are not liable or responsible for any incidents or damage that occurs because of unintended use of our products.
